Therapy as a space for reconnection, understanding, and change

Working with me isn’t about being analysed, diagnosed, or told how to live your life.

It’s about creating a steady, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, make sense of what’s changing, and explore what you need now — with curiosity rather than judgement.

Many women come to therapy feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are becoming. Our work together gives you the space to pause, reflect, and understand yourself more clearly, so you can move forward in a way that feels aligned and grounded.

I often work with women around areas such as:

  • Anxiety & overwhelm

  • Identity shifts & life transitions

  • Burnout

  • Depression

  • Perimenopause and hormonal life changes

  • Relationship stress

  • Support around ADHD questions

  • Loss of confidence / life purpose

What sessions are like

What sessions are like *

  • Sessions with me are warm, conversational, and collaborative.

    I offer a balance of:

    • compassion and containment

    • honesty and humour

    • reflection and gentle challenge

  • You don’t need to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or arrive with everything figured out. We work with what shows up — thoughts, emotions, patterns, questions — at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Some sessions may feel reflective and grounding.
Others may feel clarifying or energising.
All are held within a steady, supportive therapeutic relationship.

My approach

I draw on my experience as a therapist of over 17 years, alongside a deep understanding of the realities women face during periods of change.

I’m particularly experienced in working with:

  • identity shifts and life transitions

  • motherhood and the impact it can have on sense of self

  • perimenopause, hormones, and emotional wellbeing

  • burnout, overwhelm, and the pressure to “cope”

  • questions around ADHD, focus, and feeling out of control

  • relationship changes and redefining what you want

Rather than asking “what’s wrong with you?”, we look at what’s happening around you — and how your experiences, expectations, and environment interact with who you are.

Challenge and care

I’m compassionate and kind — and I’m also honest and direct when it’s helpful.

At times, I may gently challenge patterns or beliefs that keep you stuck. This isn’t about pushing you or fixing you, but about helping you notice what’s no longer serving you, and opening up space for change.

You’ll always be met with respect.
You’ll never be rushed.
And you’ll never be expected to go somewhere you’re not ready to explore.

Practicalities

I offer:

  • In-person therapy in London Bridge

  • Online therapy for flexibility

You can choose to:

  • book a free intro call if you’d like to get a sense of how it feels to talk

  • or book a session directly using a short form

I primarily work with private clients, and accept some insurance providers with prior agreement.

Sessions are a space that belongs to you — a regular pause in the week to reconnect, reflect, and focus on yourself.

Is this the right fit?

Working with me may be a good fit if:

  • you feel disconnected from yourself and want to reconnect

  • you’re navigating change and want support to understand what’s happening

  • you’re curious about who you are becoming

  • you want therapy that feels human, warm, and honest

You don’t need a clear label or a dramatic reason to start.
If something in you is ready to explore, that’s enough.

Client testimonials

“When I started my sessions with Natalie I was in a very unhappy place.  It is amazing to think how monumental the change has been in my life and my mindset since then, particularly when I consider that this change happened over less than 2 months of sessions.  I am so grateful that it was Natalie who helped me on this journey.  She is incredibly professional and extremely good at what she does, but what I valued most was that I always felt like I was talking to a friend.  What was also evident during our conversations is that Natalie is very experienced and she draws on that experience in a way that allows you to feel confident that you are in skilled and capable hands. The progress that we made was so much bigger and so much more rewarding than I expected and I will always be grateful to Natalie for her amazing work.  I would not hesitate to recommend her and I will truly miss our sessions, which are, incredibly, no longer needed’.

“Natalie came into the firm to do a workshop for us in celebration of International Women’s Day. With an open laid back style, she immediately relaxed the group to encourage them to share stories and experiences. Sensitive to their needs, she nurtured and built their confidence throughout the workshop, covering pertinent topics such as ‘bringing your authentic self to work’, ‘living your values’ and ‘imposter syndrome’. She encouraged the team to make deeper connections as part of her ‘reconnecting sisterhood’ ethos. The team are still enthused and talking about the workshop several weeks later! Thanks for a wonderful session and we hope to have you back again.”

“My experience of the service was only ever positive, the approach, the professionalism, the understanding and guidance was at times very emotional and all times an education in how I can make small changes which will have a significant impact to me and those around me.  This was my first experience of CBT and would be one I recommend for anyone who found themselves as lost as I did”
