A space to reconnect with yourself — and explore who you’re becoming
I work with women who sense that something in them is shifting.
Often, the women I work with are capable, thoughtful, and outwardly “doing fine” — yet quietly feel disconnected from themselves. Life may look full, but internally there’s a sense of losing your centre, questioning who you are now, or wondering what’s next.
This often happens during periods of change:
motherhood, identity shifts, perimenopause, burnout, relationship changes, or moments when the roles you’ve been holding no longer fit.
Therapy, for me, is not about fixing you or telling you how to be.
It’s about creating a space where you can reconnect with yourself — with curiosity, honesty, and compassion — and make sense of what’s unfolding in your life.

How I Work
I’ve been a therapist for over 17 years, and my work is shaped by warmth, directness, and genuine collaboration.
I bring structure and steadiness, but I’m also human.
I value humour, openness, and real conversation.
I’m not afraid to gently challenge you when it’s helpful — and I know how important it is to feel held, understood, and safe as you explore vulnerable parts of yourself.
I don’t believe therapy should feel clinical, distant, or overly polished.
I believe it should feel like a place where you can bring your full self — questions, contradictions, uncertainty and all.
Our work together is always guided by you.
We move at your pace.
There’s room for reflection, emotion, clarity, and growth.
What brings women to therapy with me
Many women come to therapy feeling:
disconnected from who they used to be
unsure whether they’re coping “well enough”
overwhelmed by the demands and expectations placed on them
curious about whether ADHD, hormones, or burnout might be part of their experience
aware that something needs attention, but unsure how to name it
You don’t need to have a crisis or a clear reason to start.
If you feel drawn to understand yourself better, that’s enough.
Bringing the human experience to therapy
A note on experience — and being human
Alongside my professional experience, I also understand what it means to live through change.
Like many of the women I work with, I’ve navigated identity shifts, periods of uncertainty, and the messiness that comes with being human. I don’t believe therapists exist outside of life — I believe the tools, understanding, and perspective we bring can help us meet life more honestly.
You won’t be met with judgement or expectation here.
You’ll be met with curiosity, respect, and care.
If You’re Wondering Whether Therapy Is For You
You don’t need to be certain.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
If something in you feels ready to reconnect, explore, or understand yourself more deeply, therapy can be a powerful place to begin.
